We are seeking an experienced Specialist CAD Administrator to take on administration responsibilities across the company's subsidiaries. In this role, you will support design engineering by way of project setups, database structures, parts and fittings catalogues and specs, Smart P&ID management, cloud collaboration and general program management tasks, to ensure maximum design efficiency and zero data bottlenecks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Workspace Management: Set up, configure, and maintain local and cloud-based AutoCAD Plant 3D project structures.
- Catalogue & Spec Administration: Use the Spec Editor to build, modify, and optimize custom piping specifications and catalogues for engineering teams.
- Database & Cloud Control: Oversee SQL Server project databases and manage user permissions within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or FORMA (formerly BIM 360) environments.
- Standards & Compliance: Establish, document, and enforce company CAD/BIM standards, isometric configurations, and orthographic templates.
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Plant 3D users, resolving software errors and configuration issues.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & CREDENTIALS
To be successful in this position, you must possess or be able to quickly establish administrative control over the following environments:
- Autodesk Cloud Ecosystem: Proficient as an Account or Project Administrator within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / FORMA (formerly BIM 360), with deep knowledge of Autodesk Docs and BIM Collaborate Pro permissions.
- Database Administration: Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Ability to use SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) with sysadmin or dbcreator privileges to initialize and maintain project databases.
- Infrastructure & OS Permissions: Advanced Windows proficiency with the ability to manage local administrator installations, network shares, and read/write permissions for the global AutoCAD Plant 3D Content folder.
- Alternative Data Environments (Plus): Experience managing data, lifecycles, and check-ins within Autodesk Vault using Document Manager Administrator credentials.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Autodesk Plant 3D in an enterprise or multi-user environment.
- Strong background in Piping Design systems and understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
