After decades of working closely with members of the Quanta Australia family through her own specialist recruitment firm, Sarah-Jeanne Fraser (SJ) formally joined the Quanta family in 2022. She serves as Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement in Australia and is a member of the Quanta Philippines Executive Team, providing strategic oversight across People & Culture, recruitment, workforce planning, and broader HR initiatives.

SJ brings deep experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment and workforce solutions across engineering, energy, and major infrastructure sectors. She has led high-performing People & Culture teams and driven talent acquisition strategies across Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Europe, sourcing specialist technical, commercial, and executive talent to support complex project environments and long-term business growth.

With over 20 years’ experience in recruitment leadership and HR strategy, SJ offers a global perspective and a strong track record in building scalable teams, strengthening organisational capability, and aligning talent strategy with business objectives.
